Parts of our Day!

 

Hello Families!!

I wanted to share some of our fun activities during gym class. Mr. Connell is so great about making sure we're all up and moving and engaged! We initially had gym outside and within the classroom on rainy days but thankfully a few weeks ago the gym was officially finished! The kids LOVE being able to run and play within a much larger space!

Each week I'll be highlighting pieces of our day and daily schedule. The first thing for us to share is morning meeting! Our calendar/meeting is projected onto our whiteboard in order to make it more interactive with the new COVID restrictions. Each student has their own individual binder that they complete while watching the slideshow. They enjoy the fun videos played for the greeting, weather, and the seasons! This keeps the activities varied and their attention kept throughout!

Coming up next week will be sharing our reading centers and the students in action!
